This is a tough collar

I've purchased these collars before, and I'm back again! These are tough collars; they don't wear out but I did get a new dog! I take the leather collars off if we're around water and put these on. I don't know how something so thin can be so strong. I have a heavy dog that pulls and I'm confident these collars will not fail at any time. The complimentary brass engraved tag is the best part about these collars. You cannot beat the price, either, at any pet store.

This product is wonderful. Cleans easy, which is great for my girl...she loves the mud. Name plate stays on no matter what she runs through in the woods, and the collar has never caught on anything. We have had it awhile now and no wear is showing. I love it. Thank you Gun Dog!

Exactly as expected with fast shipping

This is the second or third time I’ve ordered from Gun Dog Supply (over about 10-15 years). Every time I received my items they have been exactly as expected. I love the name tag engraving attached to the collar. It doesn’t rub off like the tags that dangle from the collar.
The last 2 I ordered in March, 2015 have lasted until now. We have an 8yo GSP and a 5yo GWP and they are not easy on collars.
The best part of the collars are the quality and durability. The price is an extra bonus!

Color is great, it works well as a replacement collar for my sport dog training collar. I do wish that on smaller sizes the holes were a little closer together. My dog is right between sizes of the holes being too tight and too loose. I had to make another hole.

These are great collars- well made, waterproof, which is important on my dog, and clean easy and don't get stinky. The hardware is great, and the added nameplate is a great feature
I have a couple in different colors for the conditions- camo when we waterfowl hunt, and orange for upland. I have recommended these to my other hunting partners with dogs.

Dogs love to roll in dead stuff! These collars don't absorb odors and rinse clean. Just wish they made a smaller width for toy breeds.

I LOVE THESE COLLARS. We have 5 dogs and they play, roll around in the dirt and do what dogs do. Take them off, run them under the water and they look brand new. This is my second set of collars. My other pups have passed away and they lasted years! Thank you so much!

Collars look great . The only concern I may have is the rivets that hold on the nameplate. I am use to them being heavier rivets. I don't want them falling off. But over all a great product. The service was 6 star.

We love the coating on the collar! It wipes clean!! And we love that with the nameplate, our dog can be quiet. We have a new baby who couldn't sleep through the jingle of the dog tags. The only reasons we'll need another collar is if we get another dog. These seem indestructible.

These collars are great. I have them on all of my dogs. They don't get funky from being constantly wet. I had GDS put 2 brass plates on; one has contact information, and the other has microchip information. Price is great and shipping is fast. We have bought so many of these collars and use them for both house and hunting dogs. They hold up well and do not get nasty like regular nylon collars. The riveted name plate is perfect and durable.
