Product was as expected, just needed new prongs. But I can’t thank the team enough. My original order got lost in the mail, which is unfortunate I was down a collar that I could get corrections, for a weekend and an out of state trip. Not GDS fault, it got lost by the postal service, I watched tracking get weird. It happens, I work at a place that does some on line sales and it happens to us. What they did do when I contacted them is quickly get a second sent out and had it fast. Thanks for making it right!

I appreciate the timely shipment for the contact points kit. I had lost a short prong and with my thin coated Gordon Setter the long prongs were not needed. So a quick turnaround has been greatly appreciated.

While it would be nice if Garmin let you choose between short and long contact tips, this kit contained everything I needed and then some to repair my dogs collar after we lost a tip. Gun Dog Supply was great, easy to order and shipped quickly.

Thanks to GDS you can order the replacement contact points without having to purchase a new unit. I had lost one contact point and with the replacement kit I was up and running again in no time!

The replacement parts are easy to instal. There were a couple of parts that I probably will not use, just because my dog is short haired. The tools used to twist the heads in tightly were great though. Overall I am very pleased with this purpose.

The Garmin electronic collar works better than any other collar on the market. It has many features and options, and it is so easy to use. After using it daily for over 5 years, one of the contact points fell off, and I would gladly have purchased a replacement, but I discovered that you can buy replacement parts for a nominal price. The new contact points kit came within days, and everything is back in perfect order. Thank you Gun Dog Supply!

I ordered the Garmin / Tri-Tronics Contact Points Kit for the longer contact points for one of my mini Aussie's that I am working with and she has a thick under coat. I was able to make the switch from the change from the standard points to the longer contact points with the easy of the changer in just a few minutes. The longer contact points work great with my mini Aussie.

Slightly over priced. But there is no other option for replacement parts. Not your fault, same price on the Garmin web site. We can't remember how we quail hunted without the Alpha 100.

The kit was fine, but all I needed was more of the short contact points. Wish I could have had the opportunity to order them without purchasing the kit since I already had a kit.

Service was timely and good as always. RE: Delta Upland XC Collar. You might reconsider your strong endorsement. The beeper is complex and will not turn on or off remotely. The intensity level selection can't be operated well with gloves, dial much better. Old TT or Sportdog products are much better, in my opinion. Will go with Sport Dog in the future.
