From Steve's suggestion, I got 2 tags for each dog: One has my name, 2 phone numbers, 'needs daily meds' (it's true in both cases). Second has their Resq serial number (RFID tag), address, my email address. I got 2 sets and extra rivets so I'm ready if they lose a collar or a tag, or if I need new collars at some point. Gun Dog Supply always provides the BEST service, and the quality of these products is top notch! I'm amazed at the low cost, too.

If you are buying an ID Plate without a collar and you have a double ply nylon collar make sure you get the extra long jiffy rivets. The regular rivets they send with the collar won't' work with the double ply collars.

The plates are excellent. The rivets came in two different sizes. Only had two short rivets, which worked great with the nylon collar. The long rivets didn't work well on a nylon collar.

These additional ID plates are a great bargain and an ideal way to help insure your dog's identification and safe return. They're indestructible, never corrode or fade, won't come loose and never snag or get caught on anything in the field. They also don't make noise, either. The only way to go for permanently associating your information with your dog.
