This is a really lovely collar. The leather softened within a couple of days, and it looks really smart on our Chocolate Lab. The name plate is visible just down from the central D ring, and the text is nice and clear. The additional D ring has also proved really useful for quickly attaching the lead when needed. The collar is holding up great. There is one thing I would like to see added. The ability to have your staff mount more than one brass name plate on my collars. Everytime I mount them I bend the rivits and they seem to aways fall off with in a few weeks. The factory installed plates stay on with no problems. Overall---Great products, I love your store, you cannot beat the prices, shipping or quality. I will continue shopping at Gun Dog Supply. Thank you once again

This is, by far, the best dog collar I've ever purchased. Steve's advice on what information to include is simple, practical, and most importantly, helpful. This collar has got my dog returned to me on several occasions. It fits well, looks sharp, and it just plain works. I'd definitely recommend the 2nd name tag engraved, and I'd also recommend including a note to have Steve rivet it to the collar for you. That way, you're not messing around with it when you get it in the mail.
Excellent service. Great product, Great price. 5 Stars on this one.

Absolutely love this dog collar! The ring on the back of the collar is great for hooking a leash to, and the D-ring on the front is the perfect place for tags. The collar is beautiful and of good quality leather with stitching. Very durable. We have a chocolate lab and this collar looks great on her! Love it!

These collars are incredibly durable and also very stylish! I have two very active dogs, so it was important to me to have collars that could withstand the water and snow. Their training collars definitely do that. My dogs have worn them everyday for the past two years and they look as good as when I first purchased them! Thanks for making a collar that lasts and looks good!

I love this collar!! Very durable, and I have had so many people compliment me on it. I love how the nameplate is in the collar, so that I don't have a tag hanging from it. Would definetely recommend this to anyone!!

The leather dog collar with name plate is the BEST collar I have ever owned. Been on my shorthair for almost 3 years now. The older it gets, the better it looks. I would highly recommend this collar to anyone and especially folks with hunting dogs.

I bought 2 leather collars with name plates for my Setter: a 4 year old Llewellin, and 2 year old English. These guys wear the collars constantly. They've held up very well through regular swimming, hunting, playing, and anything else rigorous that you enjoy doing with your hunting companions. Very happy with them and have had many compliments.

The collar is great. We have three, and after a year or so, they look as good as the day we got them. The name plates have not rusted or faded. We have been very pleased with our purchase and would buy another one.

We replaced all our collars (4 dogs) with this one because one of our dogs was missing for 19 days. She had a leather collar with rabies tag, info tag and name tag. By miracle, we found her, but all her tags were missing. I LOVE this collar because the nameplate isn't going anywhere!!! Suggest it to anyone whose dogs are in the country/woods/hunting/etc. Love this collar! :D

This is a great product. After the third time my neighbors called saying, I think we have your brown dog, I wanted a high quality collar with a flat tag so he could be easily ID'd if he did get out again. The flat tag also saves my nerves by loosing the "itchy dog jingle " Gun Dog supply's prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent. I ordered the collar on a Monday and I had it with engraved name tag by that Saturday. The leather wears nicely and doesn't stain my dogs white neck. I am ordering a duplicate collar for my second dog and 3 of my friends have ordered from Gun Dog, all with great results.
