The collar is very good quality. Even though I measured this girls neck 3 times, we still could use a smaller one. The collar is very generous. I was very impressed with the customer service your company offered. Even with a postal service error, the collar made it for Christmas! We absolutely loved the collar. Unfortunately, we ordered too large, and our lab is on the smaller side, so we chose to downsize to a 3/4" collar without the ring in the back.
The collar itself was high quality leather and very well made. Detail was wonderful.

A lovely, well-made collar that my handsome boy should enjoy for years. I expected the color to be slightly more mahogany (darker - whereas this is a chestnut), but I don't even mind because it's still gorgeous. I ordered two name plates and they look great. Leather broke near buckle hole on both collars within a few weeks of each other. Grommets, or something to reinforce that feature would be great b/c the rest of the collar held up beautifully.

Both collars broke within a couple of weeks of each other, the leather around the buckle hole fatigued and tore. I would suggest grommets of some kind around those holes. Otherwise, we love the collars.
