This is the second collar I've gotten. My first collar is still being worn by my dog after 4 years. I got a new collar for my second dog because these collars last and hold up well to all weather, as well as mud and swimming, with regular leather care.

I put it on the shelf and probably won't use it. Did not fit well and was bulky. At the same time I bought a Mud River Swagger Collar. It fits much better and that is what my dog has on now. I wish I had purchased two of the Mud River Collars instead.

The collar lasted almost two years. The name plate came off within the first three months. It's a good strong collar, and I would recommend it. My dog is in and out of the water, so that may have something to do with it coming apart. I'm on my second collar and will probably buy another when needed, but without the name plate. Good quality collar, all in all. My dog is so strong that he breaks all the other collars that I tried within a few months. This is a good collar.

Very well made. The leather is tapered, riveted and stitched at the fittings. The collars does run a bit large. Fittings are heavy duty and well made. Collar will outlast the dog!!!

This collar is beautiful. It's clear that the leather is good quality, and it is built to be sturdy. It's an especially great deal with the free nameplate. My dogs nameplate has phone numbers in case she gets lots, and the peace of mind is fantastic.

Quality leather collar. The brass plate name tag had clear images and was sized well, so it did not distort the collar. An idea would be to add a loop after the buckle to tuck in the free end. Mine tended to curl up and stick out. The ring on the back was sized well for an easy hook-up.

Very durable. My dogs claw marks don't show well with this leather when she scratches (huge plus). Cannot beat the quality for the price. I bought a little big, and the leather color surprised me on delivery, and I still love it.
