My dog's love this "throw toy" and walk around with it all day. It's a great toy for non-hunting dogs to get plenty of exercise.

Great product for what you pay. Stands up to the abuse both of my dogs put it through when training.

My lab will retrieve just about anything. These work well once you get the hang of throwing them. Orange is good after it snows for obvious reasons. After a little practice I could throw one over a hundred feet pretty consistently. Put an inch or so of water in it and it goes farther.

This is my go-to dummy in the bag. I can throw it far and it is easy to see by the dogs.

I love the weight which allows a far toss. Construction quality is great. Perfect for water and land fetch training.

Nice lightweight, but still can slim quite far. Perfect for starting my pup on retrieves. Photo is pup I started with this bumper at 2 mos pictured is Chianti retrieving a pheasant at 4 mos. may not be of use for you sorry no product picture. I will say the weight and size of this product creates confidence & gives them the right start to be able to retrieve a pheasant at 4 mos

My dogs love the bumpers! Fetch & Retrieve, practicing hand signals, all easily done with these bumpers. Good size, fits in dogs mouth easily. I have white, orange and all very effective for training! I have 2 Labs- we use these during our training sessions daily. They love training using these!

I really like these bumpers. I use them for marks and blinds. On marks, I find that with these orange bumpers which are harder for dogs to see, the dog's marking improves even when training in fields with mowed grass where white bumpers are too easily seen. My only negative with these bumpers is that they are soft and might encourage mouthing in some dogs. I spend a lot of time teaching my dogs how to "hold" and the softness of these has no been a big issue. I love that these come with attached ropes and the excellent service I always get from Gun Dog Supply!

These are tough little dummies and they are very reasonably priced, since they can and will get lost. Good quality too - it really takes a lot of chewing to get the little rope to pop out. We've been buying these for years and will continue. We watched the video and came away with a clear understanding of why we needed the bi-color dummy for training. Thanks, guys!

Our two Labs are family pets, but they are definitely retrievers, and we spend summers lobbing the SportDOG Original Lucky Dog Plastic Dummy into the pool for them. This product is the best value we have found. The plastic is a little softer than ones that are more heavy duty, but that's why we like them.

Durable bumper, ability to add weight is a plus.

This is the dummy we use at our kennel and recommend to all our clients when they take their dogs home. After dogs are confidence trained with black/white combo dummies, we switch to orange so it can be seen in the sky, but once it hits the ground a dog has to use its nose to find it - thus using all its senses. We also use these when running blind retrieves.

My dog (Golden Retriever) was excited to see this come out of the package. She has played with it everyday since. It floats well but the orange color makes it easy to find. Great toy for a large dog.

The bumpers are nowhere near the quality of the original US made product. They are lighter weight and don't throw well. If you add water the valve doesn't stay closed so that isn't much of an option. The eye pulls away from the body and one of them split right down the middle after minimal use. One of the Dokken's also split down the middle. So I guess sales are up due to requiring replacements more frequently. I have to buy some replacements. Any suggestions?

I like the product but I wish you could get some that are not made in China.

Own about 8 of each color, Works great.

Really holding up to a lot of work, will definitely buy again when or if the ones I have wear out.

The rope is sturdy and allows the bumper to be throw quite far. They float high in the water for the pup to see them well.
