I accidentally ordered the "pink" collar and leash, I saw the style I was looking for but didn't notice the color. I called Gun Dog and spoke with Sean, I told him it was completely my fault, but he said, "no problem, just mail them back for a refund." I re-ordered the correct color with him right then. This is a great company!
