I really like the collar. The only thing I would change is to use a heavier gauge nameplate material; this is only esthetics, but it would please me.

The collar is a bit bulky and stiff for a medium sized dog. I measured my dogs neck and ordered the size specified, but the collar is a bit small. I have it on the last hole. Hope he doesn't get any bigger.

The only comment that I have is that I think the name plate should be moved to the other side of the O ring. The tail of the collar currently has a tendency to cover the name plate, so that you have to really work to find and read it.

I had to reorder a nameplate because of my own erroneous information. The lady that assisted me in Customer Service did a wonderful job! My only complaint is that the nameplate cost about $1.72, but the shipping was over $5.00. Good heavens! You could have put it in an envelope with 3 stamps and done the job.
