Great collar. Great price. Make sure to pay better attention to the fitting advice than I did. I simply measured my dog's neck and ordered the collar that was within that range. If I took the time to look at gundogsupply.com detailed advice and video, I would have measured slightly lower (closer to shoulders, and not as tightly). Still fits, but I am on last notch. My next collar will be the next size up, so that I can adjust for comfort and situation.

This collar is everything I wanted and more. It's top grain American leather that is thick and well stitched. The heavy duty brass hardware and name plate will last a lifetime, longer actually. This collar has to be one of the very best on the market today. It is much more reminiscent of something one would find on an English fox hunt and not the cheap trash imported from China or India at your local pet store.

Good thick collar. It was hard for me to find a 3/4 inch collar locally that fit my dogs neck well. This is just the ticket.

When I first got it I had to work the leather to soften it up. All of a couple of minutes did the job. It now is just beautiful and soft after just a few weeks of my dog wearing it.

Fantastic quality collar. First one lasted 3 years. Only had to replace it because my dog was masking his scent in a pile of horse manure, and it covered the collar. I would recommend this collar to anyone out there looking for a quality collar.

Love the collar, however it does not fit well on my Westie dog. To heavy for his neck and does not sit well around his neck. Just order a cloth one which may be more flexible and sit better on his neck. Returning the leather collar.
