We do a lot of hiking and this product really helps his pads. Before using it my dogs pads had sore spots. I especially like the spray applicater

Sandburs were shutting my tender footed pup down. I purchased some Tuf-Foot and followed the directions. 3 weeks later he handled the stickers like a pro. I spray his pads after big days afield and his recovery time for foot injuries is greatly reduced. I don't know how it works, but it does!

This may seem strange, but I don't use it on my dog. I use it to help my fingers toughen up for guitar playing. I used it years ago when I first started playing and just started again recently after a long period away from music. I used it in the past on my fingers when I worked assembling wiring harnesses as well. It kept me clear of the raw, sore fingers that plagued my co-workers.

My biggest dog kept tearing get his pads the first year I ran him. Tried tuf foot, and he has not torn his pad since. Have not had any problems from the other dogs either! Great stuff! It really works!

Great product would recommend it for all hunting dogs feet prior to hunting season. Really helps with swollen feet and the soreness.

I haven't used it long enough to get a very clear sense of how really good it is. But my initial sense is that it doing the job as advertised, and it's helping to heal and protect my dogs' worn pads. I'll keep using it, and I have recommended it to friends as it was recommended to me in the past.

This stuff is awesome. I push my dog to 15 mile hiking days and long backpacking trips in the desert pretty consistently and when she injured a pad this stuff has gotten her reconditioned pretty dang quick. I couldn't believe it worked so well-- just a couple weeks of use and she's almost back to normal.

Very good product. Use every year before a solid week of pheasant hunting in South Dakota, and it really pays off. Have even used it on my desk jockey hands prior to doing large landscaping projects and never get blisters.

I like the spray version. Dries quickly which keeps dog from licking it off paws/pads.

At the end of November, I am going on a big coon hunt on a very rocky Lake Erie Island. I hope by that time the pads are strong, and they can withstand a lot of pounding.

Great product for both man and dog alike.

I use this to toughen my dog's feet for hiking over rough, rocky trails. It has a very strong, lingering, albeit not unpleasant odor, and it will stain if used carelessly indoors. But it is a good product that seems to make a difference. The dog doesn't really love it, but he puts up with it. I've used it on myself, and feels pleasantly warm on application.

I do a lot of hiking/running with my dog, and he has not had any pad issues since. Great product!

I used Tuf-Foot on both of my dog's paws as directed, once a day for two weeks. I thought that the cracks on their pads would close up. They haven't as of yet, and they are still rough. It did heal an irritation between the toes of one of the dogs fast. I guess maybe I expected too much from the product. My husband takes them walking on a road that is mainly gravel every day, and that is what is making their feet so rough and tender. The tenderness seems to have gone away. Now I wish the roughness would also. I plan on a using Tuf-Foot twice a week for awhile to see if they soften up. It is easy to apply with a cotton ball, and it dries fast. Haven't had any problem with staining as long as you can get your dogs to lay still while drying. My kids mind very well, so it is not a problem. Of course a promised treat always helps.

As an amputee, I really like it and will be buying more. The only thing I don't like is applying it. I will try to use a spray bottle and see how that works.

We use our dogs hard in Rocky Mountains, and this product keeps them sound all season. Our dogs are an important part of our cattle operation, and this product is the best we have found!

My dog has been having problems with blistering pads. The Tuf-Foot does seem to heal the open sores very quickly. After the initial 2 week full application regime, I did find the need to continue the application on her feet at least once 4 times a week.

Tuff-foot did exactly what it said it would do. We haven't had anymore problems with sore or abraised pads.

Tuf-foot has toughened my queensland heeler's feet to the extent that he can now go on our trail rides in the desert. Discovered tuf-foo onlinet after having to carry him home on my horse on our last ride.

This is a great product. I am a runner and run the desert with my dog. Tuf Foot allows us both to get extra miles. Unfortunately an unleashed Rottweiler attacked my dog and me two weeks ago and we are out of commission for a while. I lifted up my dog most likely saving his life however that didn't stop the Rott from biting us both! Needless to say this bottle is going to last a long time.

Had a female that feet problems since she was little started using tuf foot and within a week she is running amazing. Because no more sore feet. Use it on all my dogs.

I seemed to be wasting liquid using the cotton ball, so I put the Tuf-Foot into a spray bottle and lightly spray the pads. The dog has chronic sore feet when walking on gravel or pavement, and this seems to be helping. Service was very quick, and I would order again from Gun Dog Supply.

Having tried every other product available including footwear, I was put on to your product by a technician at Just Answer website in response to my desperate plea for help. I live in the Adirondack Mountains area, so snow and freezing terrain is normal for winter. My dogs developed a very low tolerance for walking out at all. This product is the answer to a prayer. It worked really well for my 2 dogs almost from the start. I can't praise this product enough. It works, no question about it. My dogs are not hunters, but no matter, this works!

Started applying a week ago. For the first my 4 year old Lab doesn't have cuts (including serious tears) on his pads after a few hours of pheasant hunting. This stuff smells terrible!

Works great. It made a noticeable difference to my dogs pads. They can hunt all day in rough terrain and not wear down their pads.

My pup kept getting sores from snow rubbing the side of her paws. Two weeks of treatment and hasn't had a sore since. One drawback: smells bad.

I really can't comment since I have not seen an improvement yet. Sable has only been off the track since August, and paw pads are still tender.
