This thing is great. Tons of storage, snug fit, and keeps the kennel very warm. A must have for cold weather.

I live in Minnesota. These covers are awesome. I had one for my three year old and just bought my second one for the puppy. They fit well, are tough as nails and ventilate easily if necessary. But most importantly they keep your dog warm in the cold back end of the truck.

Did not like product. Impossible to put on kennel, BUT your customer service was amazing, and I appreciate your being so on the spot with help. Thank you, Carol.

This is an excellent cover. Goes on really easy, fits the box very good, and the tie downs help secure the box and cover. Great Item. Would recommend to my friends.

Fits my intermediate size Ruff Tough crate perfectly!

I love the durability and quality. I wish there were zippers on the side windows, so it was easier to make ventilation adjustments on trips. I have had one for 4 years, and it still looks like new.

Excellent cover. Make sure to call to get the right size. Plenty of pockets and well built. Windows on the sides aren't high enough, though.

The cover is very tight on the Rough Tuff X-Large Kennel. It zipped up, but put a lot of pressure on zippers. The cover itself is very well made and very functionable. I have it zipped up and stretching over the kennel now. The X-large Rough Tuff kennel is a little taller than most other kennels it appears.

Fits well on my Large Vari Kennel that I've had for over 15 plus years. Pockets galore and still finding more. Good insulative value. I like the pair of lifting handles, which does make it easier to move the crate. Good ventilation, and overall an excellent product. Long overdue on my wish list.

Works well. Allows me to keep young Kip confined while I fumble for shotgun, shells, gloves and calls. Also a protected and secure place to ride home while he's wet and dirty. Fits well. Good product and looks like it will last.

This is probably the finest kennel cover I have ever used. The quality of construction seems very strong. My only complaint is the pockets. No one I know really uses those pockets. Seems to me that they could produce one with fewer or no pockets and sell it for $30 less.

The bottom cover tore two weeks after I received it, and has continued to break down since.

Hunting mid Oct. thou Nov in Michigan can get cold, and my dog is an inside dog, so he doesn't build up that winter coat like an outside dog would. Even though I have a cap on my truck, he would still shake from hunting spot to hunting spot. This cover fixed that, as his body heat keeps him toasty in his crate. And the fit and quality is by far top notch.

All the pockets on the sides are not needed, or at least I found no use for them. Other than that, nice tough covers. Keeps the dogs warm. A word to the wise: no matter HOW cold it is out, never zip the flap all the way shut!

The cover fits well and provides good protection from the cold. The "window" vents provide cooling as the day warms.

I live in western Maine where fall temperatures drop quickly during hunting season. I checked out many kennel covers before buying one. This cover is made of high quality rugged material meant to last. It keeps my dogs warm when transporting and, more importantly, gives them a warm place to rest when rotating dogs. The additional pockets are great for storing bells, beepers, etc. I'll be buying another one for next year's season. Great product. Don't waste your money on cheaper covers.

I purchased the rough tuff dog kennel with the Mud river insulated covers. Love them. They stay in the back of the gator, and I have my collars and treats all stored safely. Dogs seem happy. They get covered with weeds and mud. Just spray off, and they look brand new. Good product.

I couldn't be happier with this product. I live in Nebraska and I travel to my hunting ground quite a bit (over 2 hours away) When the mercury drops way down low I know that I can throw Gauge (my lab) into the truck bed in his kennel and he will be completely comfortable and dry if it is wet out, even at 80MPH interstate. This single product has got me hooked on Mud Rivers products. I have bought several other items from them including a field bag for training. The kennel cover is perfectly designed with a great fit to my Remington kennel. The pockets are extremely useful and can carry all the gear I need. The removeable window flaps work great for when it is cold at night but comfortable during the day. I have had this cover for about a year now and I am rough on it. Looks just as good as the day I bought it. The fabric holds up extremely well. I have turned several of my friends onto this product and I plan on turning several more onto it. You could get a different kennel cover but why. Shouldn't you treat your gun dog right?

We had to get one size larger because of the lip around the front of the cover. But, we had no trouble once we went up a size, and the only inconvenience was the lack of that information in the item description before we purchased the first one, and the time it took to return the first one. The cover itself shows no wear, was easy to clean for storage during the summer months, and will be going back on the kennel shortly in readiness for the 2011-12 hunting season. Several family members and friends have purchased these covers after seeing ours.

Excellent product. Kept dog warm in single digit temps during ND hunt. Only issue was liner on bottom started to tear after pulling on truck bed and waterproof liner on inside so stuff stored in pockets will get soaked in rain. Otherwise constructed well. I make it an effort to only buy Mud River because of quality of material and stitching.

I like this cover because it is thick and help keep my dog warm on the hour drive to duck camp. Very nice quality!

Very well made. Attention to detail in design?.an example would be when you open the side ventilation flaps and fold the covers up, it forms a rain drip edge to keep rain from running into the kennel also the tie down rings and handles on top. Great product.

The Mud River cover is awesome.....it is very well built and it keeps my dogs warm and dry to and from my hunting areas. I would recommend this cover over any of the other covers that I have looked at and my dogs would do the same.

works well, the tie downs and pockets are located in good positions. I have two vehicles I routinely use to haul these dogs. The light wieght and ease of moving crates with the covers works idealy for me.

The only thing keeping it from excellent is that it was really too big for my kennel, but the next size down was too small.

The Mud River Kenner cover is a great piece of gear. It works great, looks good and most importantly is durable. I bought mine after I saw how well they held up for three of my hunting buddies. Randy

Its a great durable product and worked well for years until I let her in the truck and spoiled her on a few cold trips. Now I have the Mud River seat cover that has saved the my truck.

I like everything about this cover! It has plenty of storage and keeps my Lab warm and dry. Like they advertise this cover was built by people who hunt, it will take a lot of abuse and still hold up.

This is the best kennel cover out there, but not quite perfect. No question it keeps the dogs warm and weather-proof in the winter. The only two complaints I have which are minor are that (i) the fabric needs better UV protection as the colors fade fast making the cover look a lot older than it is, and (ii) the metal rings need to be stainless as they rust quickly and also contribute to the worn out look. I'd actually be willing to replace my existing covers (which are still perfectly functional, but look worn out) with new ones if they corrected these two things and came out with some different colors.

Finally - A well built product - worth the money.

This kennel cover was a great purchase and created much fellow hunter envy. Very versatile, for colder or warmer weather with the flaps, and I love the storage compartments for collars, leashes, dog vest, collapsable bowls, etc. With the exception of an occasional cleaning, it never comes off the kennel. A great product!!!

It keeps my dog warm and dry after a long day of hunting or competition. It also has lots of storage space for training and hunting gear that is needed in the field.

I searched and searched for a kennel cover before I found the Mud River. I could not have asked for anything better. It is extremely well insulated, very durable and designed well. I really enjoy the strap down loops built in as well as the numerous storage pockets. I highly recommend this cover. My bulldog is grateful as well.

I have been very impressed with the quaility and design of this product. I have two and I use them all winter to keep my dogs in out of the cold in the garage at night. I also use them on my hunting trips and they seem to provide adequate space and compartments to transport necessary items for hunting. Them have held up well so far and the dogs seem plenty warm when transporting them in the back of a pickup with temps in the teens. When we get to our destination and I let them out their bodies feel warm to the touch and they aren't shivering.

One of my best friends has one of these covers and i bet my dog envies his dog. The cover is far more durable and insulating than my cheap one. The best points of it beside the better construction, is the handles and config options. I am saving for this cover !
