The collars the same ones that I paid three times as much at the feed store. The quality is superb, and the free ID tag saved me a pretty penny. The company is like family and very professional and delivery was in two days wow!!!!!!!

I absolutely love the collars! I was so fed up with the crap they sell at big box chain stores, that it was a huge relief to find gundogsupply.com. The products are excellent, the prices are unbelievable and the shipping time was quick!

It's funny I got this survey today because on my list of things to do was to send in a complaint about these collars. I bought of these same collars several months ago and loved them. So I bought 2 more for my other dogs. The workmanship on these latest collars has gone downhill!! I wish I could attach the pictures here to show you, but the rivets changed. The old collars have rivets that are smooth on both sides. The new collars have a smooth outside (where is looks pretty) and rough jagged edges on the inside (I found it because it rubbed a sore on my dog's neck). Also, the old collars had the leather skived down so that the end (where it turns back onto itself and is riveted) joins smoothly with the collar. The new collar the leather is all the same thickness and there is an edge on the inside that is rough. A picture would explain better than I can, but basically it's just a shortcut in the manufacture of the collars. They will be getting an email with pictures from me.

The quality is good, but I think they messed up the metal ring, for the extra part of the collar is too close to the buckle. Looking at the picture I can see its in the wrong place. It bangs around and that was the reason we bought it so his tags wouldnt bang around.

You can't beat the price of this collar or the quality! It was exactly what I was looking for, and I was so surprised that it comes with a I.D. plate. It's a piece of mind knowing that the I.D. won't fall off, which happened all the time when it's not bolted in the actual collar. Their customer service is awesome; I asked about changing the ID tag information, and they sent full instructions and different options. Very appreciated and will definitely recommend to friends and family! That's how I heard about them (family), so I'll continue to spread the word!

The collar is genuine leather with sturdy stainless hardware. It comes with a brass nameplate, and I have purchased the identical collar for both our dogs. It is a nice looking collar.

The collar looks and functions great. I love the custom plate because it removes the need for noisy tags. My only critique is that the D loop is close enough to the clasp that they are able to knock together and create some noise, but it's still far quieter and nicer looking than any collar I've had with tags.

Amazing value, the quality and comfort of leather at the price of nylon. I bought a bunch of these and use it on all my dogs as their standard collar. The brass plate with your name and number works better than a hanging tag which can get stuck and is always on the way. I recommend this product with my eyes closed!

This collar is great, looks good, durable, and cleans very easly too. Plus the fact that the collar comes with the name Id plate is probably the biggest benifit. Helps protect my dog and gets rid of the annoying sound of the tags. Thanks Steve
