I love this collar. It is well made and looks great. My dog is both a service dog and a therapy dog and I get many compliments on the collar. I have recommended this place to them. Service was quick. It came it about 4 days!

First customer service is awesome!!!! I ordered the collar and it was shipped out even thou we were having email trouble. Customer Service took their time and worked with me so I would have email on record. The collar is awesome and my husband love it. Nelly my dog loves it! If I take it off for any reason. She stays right next to me until I put it back on her. It's strong, durable and beautiful. I'm not worried about the color changing or it breaking! I believe this is one of my best investments for my dog!

Ordered 3 of these for our dogs. I got the 17 inch for all 3 dogs. One is 25 lbs terrier mix, it's a tad large but works just fine. The other dog is 36 lbs and it fits him perfect, he's a Malinois pit bull mix. And the other is a 60 lb English shepherd and it fits her perfectly as well. Overall, these collars are well worth the price. Nice leather, well made, and nice stitching. Will last many years. No more jingling tags with the nice nameplate. Customer service is great and these shipped in just a day or two. I will order again and have sent many friends to the website to order!!
