My dog is at the low end of the measurement so as the picture looks great, as we use the last notch the excess hangs way past the buckle and is annoying to her.

This is my second one of these collars. My dogs live on the ranch and are outside 24/7, in and out of the water, running through rough country, always on the go and the first collar lasted years before it gave out. I love the name plate and I love the collar. If it's tough enough for my dogs, it's pretty darn tough!!

The collar is handsome and keeps getting better as the leather ages. I have one on my other dog tbat I have had for about 7 years and it still is very good. Also the nameplate never seems to wear out. Still able to read the info on the original collar.
