This product is excellent for my hunting/working dog. Nothing dangling to get caught on wilderness objects. Most importantly, this company, Gun Dog Supply, is a fantastic company to order from. Over many years I have purchased numerous collars, I.D. plates, and called to ask endless questions -- all answered promptly with kind and informative answers. As a vegetarian, I don't hunt to kill. I hunt to watch. I have zero hunting dogs. I used your I.D. plates for my coon traps for ID tags. Your ID plates work very good for me wiring them to my traps, and I will tell my friends about you all.

Will last longer than the collar. Stamped engraving will always be readable.

The tags are great. Could send longer rivets. I have thicker dog collars, but they work great on my DC 40 collar.

These tags are the best I have ever purchased. The name brand store tags DO NOT COMPARE! I buy extras to attach to my Lupine collars and leather collars. I have found that these tags outlast the collars they are put on, unless they came on the Tufflex collars. Those last forever. These collars are excellent quality! Before buying these I was replacing my dogs collars every three months at on average $20.00 per collar. Gun Dog Supply collars last me two years before replacing! I have the matching leashes which I've never had to replace. Excellent quality and pricing. They maintain their appearance, and I always get compliments on them.

Tags are great but I only received one set of rivets so I've been actively searching locally to buy 2 more so I can utilize the other tag.

There's not much that can wrong with these things, right? Even so, they're well constructed and the collars wear out before these things start to show their age. The rivets fasten the plate securely, and I haven't had any issues with tearing nylon collars when attaching them. Gun Dog Supply attaches them if you buy a collar from them. You can add more info, or buy them and attach them to a collar you didn't buy from Steve (like an emergency replacement for a skunk bomb!).

I love these collars. They're very soft and durable. Because they're so soft I was concerned about there being too much stretching. They've stretched a little, even with my young adult dog who hasn't learned to stop pulling on the leash yet, but it hasn't been a problem. Don't believe the opinion that this size of collar is only for small dogs. My dogs are 40lbs, and I like the thinner collar on them. The only setback is they've shrunk a little in width and the name plate is slightly larger than the collar now. If I cut myself, I'll have to sand the name plate down. Excellent product, holds up very well, and looks fancy. I'd definitely buy them again.

We got 4 of these for our farm dogs and decided they would work great for the little ones, too. Normal dog tags dangle and eventually wear off. These rivet-on plates are great and quieter. The rivets that came with them are too small to go through their paracord collars, but the plates are perfect. Thanks!

Added this to a regular 1/2 inch nylon collar while he's still small. Just by a hair it is wider than the collar, but it was easy to attach, came quickly and even with a few dollars shipping was a great value. Thanks!

Plate was high quality, but the rivets did not leave a clean finish when I attached the plate to the collars.
