Great product. Very easy to use and very rugged. I only had to use the shock feature twice. Now the beep and vibrate work for getting the dogs attention.

Great trailing collar.

With multiple dogs, I need to pay very good attention to which color collar is on what dog before correcting. The collar itself works very well. My only complaint is that when my dogs play together they bite the collars and they do not stand up as well as I would like them to. Have owned mine about a month and two of the collars have been chewed.

It made a hard handling dog in the field to a pleasure to run and hunt over. Without this product I would have sold her. Now I feel she will have a great chance in trials.

This collar is perfect for my needs. I allow my dogs to roam at our ranch in the Texas hill country, so I have trained my dogs to come to me when I use the tone. The vibrate mode gets their attention for when they do something wrong and they go to their beds. I also use the vibrate as a second measure if they are chasing an animal and the tone isn't working for recall. I have a 99% recall with the setter using the tone. The lab is still a puppy so we are still working on him. The stimulation will get the labs attention, although I only use the stimulation in certain situations; for example, if he goes after a skunk.... I gave this remote 4 stars because I think improvement is always necessary. Two examples for me; (I hope garmin is reading) a button that works for all collars instantaneously that can be set to any of the three modes you would need. (Tone, vibe, or stimulate) also if they could create a way that each collar would have a stimulate adjustment. For example my lab is crazy tough, if I have stimulation set to 4 he doesn't feel it. The Irish setter jumps out of her skin at 4. So when I need stimulation for one particular dog in an emergency situation, I don't have time to switch the dial to a number good for that particular dog. I'm sure I could think of more things they could improve on but for me those two issues are minor. The more time I have with the remote the quicker I'll become at those last minute on the fly changes needed to recall my favorite kids. One more thing, the remote lights is genius, super bright and it's perfect to see my dogs on a night with no moon. I hope this review helps someone. This collar isn't perfect but it is the exact thing I needed for two dogs that I allow to roam off leash. I like to view my dogs as a family member. (They really are my favorite kids) so if a dog is a chore running out the front door, not coming in when called, jumping on you and guests all the time, they become more of a burden to me and not necessarily a family member. Our families life doesn't have time for a dog that needs to be on a leash at all times. We live outdoors and want our dogs to enjoy the outdoors as dogs should.

Straight out of the box this product is easy to use and works great. I wouldn't order any other brand from any other site.

I have had a lot of collars starting in the early 90's and they just keep getting better and better!!

I have only had the collar about a month and I have used it about a dozen times. The battery life is good, the range is good. So far the bark limiter feature is proving effective on one of our more skittish dogs and the running lights are nice for after dark. I would happily buy this collar again.

This collar has been great so far. It is definitely a step up from my previous equipment!

The electronics themselves work great and I am very happy with the purchase overall, but the collar that holds the device on my dog's neck uses a traditional buckle which can be difficult to put on when he is excited. It would be better with a clip so you don't have to determine correct sizing each time and don't have to thread the strap through the buckle each time while trying to hold the dog still. Minor complaint though. Overall very happy.

Works great! Only issue is the collar is a bit flimsy and not what we expected. Otherwise all good and the training video is excellent.

Works just fine. Dogs do well with it. Good product for the money. Disappointed it didn't come with a nice carrying case. Last one I bought several years ago came with a plastic case with enough room for everything including chargers. Can't imagine it would cost much more to add the case or at least a canvas bag.

So far this collar is working awesome, or maybe the dog is just smart. The headlights on the collar work very nice when walking through the tall grass at dark trying to wear the dog out.

Excellent product. This is my first hunting dog I've ever trained and my first e-collar I've used. I trained my dog without the collar for 6 months, and was positive that my dog knew his commands, but was to high strung to pay attention all the time. He would ignore my commands if he wasn't on leash. With the e-collar my pup knows he is always within reach of discipline. Also, for the price, it's a perfect training device for me.

The collars and remote perform just as I'd hoped. I love the remote toggle to switch between my two dogs and the one handed operation is awesome. After the first trip out I was confident that I'd made the right decision and picked the right collar combination.

Great product so far. We love the LED light at night around the farm so he can wonder and we can see him. The thumb switch is great. Once you get use to the controls no need to look at it all the time.

This unit is designed with the trainer in mind. Very functional and easy to use without taking your eyes off your dog. Battery life is very long and the smaller transmitter fits great in your hand or hanging on a lanyard. The ability to convert to a bark collar and the light are a real bonus as well. All around great product.

Great customer service. When I inquired about the Sport PRO collar they had answers to all of my questions. Shipping was fast. The Garmin Sport PRO collar works great. I have used the collar for a week at a time without charging it. Looking forward to see what Garmin replaces this model within a few years.

Overall I'm happy with this purchase. I just wish the vibe and tone buttons had a differentiating feature. Easy to mix them up.

Just started working with my puppy on Garmin Tri-Tronics Sport PRO. It works great, loving it and the DVD was very helpful.

I love it! The collar has really improved our black lab and hound dog's obedient issues. Being able to control both dogs from one handheld device is wonderful. My favorite special feature is the ability to remotely turn on the collar's lights to see where they are at at night.

Unit is easy to use and effective. That being said, the battery life seems very poor. Even after an hour and half of limited use, the lower stimulation levels become non-existent and I have to turn up the stimulation quite a bit to get a response from my Springer.

Does every thing that it claims too!! Very happy with this product, would and already have recommended to family and friends!!

Great product, works really well.

Really straightforward to use even when using 2 collars. Has more features than I really needed but I am pretty sure the anti bark could be handy and the light is cool to have available.

I use the vibrate for negative and the tone for positive. Working quite well.

Instructions are not thorough is my only complaint.

I like all the options on them. I haven't been able to use them a lot yet. The led lights will be awesome while camping.

Has everything you could ever want. Vibrate, tone, 10 levels of stim, bark limiter, and led running lights. Uses mini usb for charging ports. If you're on the go you can charge it in the truck, if you have usb ports. It can expand up to three dogs as well. Really great collar couldn't ask for more.

This is my first training collar and I'm so glad I bought it. It works great on my Brittany, I am able to take her out off lead, she will look for birds, but come in or change directions when I ask her too. I keep it on a very low setting and many times she will respond to just the vibration setting. It's worked so well for her that I purchased another collar for my crazy Boxer. Not only is this system great for taking your dog off lead, but also works well for teaching dogs not to jump on people ect. The training video that came with my order was very helpful in learning how to use it correctly, I am very happy with my purchase.

I don't know who needs the training me or the dogs. It is working great, but sometimes I overcompensate. Best results would be having them to respond to obedience training first and foremost before moving to electronic collar.

I've been using this collar on my dogs for about a week, but so far I love it. Easy to use and very (very!) effective. My dogs respond to level 4. They are completely oblivious to levels lower than 4, and actually didn't respond at first until level 5. Once they realized what was going on, I was able to reduce the level to 4 and still get consistent responses. I've been able to walk one of them on leash (who is dog-on-dog aggressive) without fear that he will go Cujo on another animal who passes by. He gets a reminder stimulation and stops all antics. It's amazing. My other dog is getting reminders that he does not need to eat every pile of dog poop he locates (which he does indeed hunt for like a pig hunts truffles). I know these are not standard reasons to use the collars, but wow.....they work, and what a relief! My dogs are only 1 year old, but I hope to be able to run them off leash soon, and will also use these collars as a deterrent against their prey drive when off leash (deer-squirrel-furry creature chasers). Definitely recommended! Thank you!

This has been an excellent tool. Our young stray (dumped near us - thanks lazy people) Cur needed to learn to not chase the donkeys and horses in the fields. Yelling didn't work. Either this device worked or the dog had to go. After only a few corrections we still have the dog! It worked as advertised. Now I have to see if I am smart enough to continue the training!!

Have been using the collar for about a month now. It is used on the dog every day in the water, snow, woods, etc. Keeps a charge for a long time, no problems so far. I would highly recommend this collar if you want something simple to operate.

Has made communicating with a very young and active dog a joy. Hardly have to worry about distractions. It has been a great investment for us. Thanks

Good product so far. Very well designed (ergonomically) for easy use without having to take your eye off your dog. Easy to charge and use. Like the positive clicks between settings and only having 10 settings, instead of having to guess where you are on a scale of 100 or whatever. Also has separate buttons for momentary or continuous correction, and you can hit either one without moving your thumb: use the joint for one, and the end of your thumb for the other. Has tone/vibrate/bark features as well. Haven't been able to test waterproof feature yet, but there's no charging port to leak water on the collar unit. We're using to reinforce known commands on a 130 pound dog who'd decided he didn't have to listen any more, and after 5 minutes in the back yard on the lowest setting, he's once again a model dog. Highly recommend. Wish we'd purchased sooner, Gun Dog Supply is great to deal with, with Amazon equivalent pricing.

Utilizing the 'built in' bark limiter is not what I expected. It seems to be an either/or proposition...bark limiter or correction collar. I do like the controller's flotation feature.

Nice size transmitter. Love the lights on the collars. Seems to be a great starting point before stepping up to the more expensive Pro 500 model.

Lots of great options and batteries recharge very quickly. Great product.
