This is the second collar I've ordered from Gun Dog Supply, the first lasting through 4 years of puppyhood, lots of salt water, and exposure to the brush country of South Texas. The only reason I had to order a new one was that he'd finally outgrown it! They are long lasting, wonderful products. Both times I have ordered from GDS, the collar has shipped almost immediately even with the added customization. Cannot recommend GDS or their products enough.

Really has been a part of our household for the past 4 years since we rescued him. First thing we did was to purchase him a new reflective green collar from Cabelas. After 4 years of being a crazy black lab doing crazy black lab things, he wore his out. Cabelas stopped supplying these type of collars in green so we tried something new. We love it. Very well constructed and the embroidered name tag is as industrial as the rest of the collar. Initially there was a supply problem and gundogsupply didn't have one in stock. They instantly kept us up to date as to when we might expect Reilly's new collar. After 4 years with his old collar we figured we could wait a little while longer. It was less than two weeks later and he received his new collar. Going forward we are going to support you and your products. Thank you.

This collar is awesome! the color is so vibrant, and it has a WIDE reflective strip. Not those 2 little strips. We have a black GSP who likes to go visiting whenever he gets out. So, it will be easier to see him in the dark with the Wide reflective strip. The buckle type closure is exactly what we were looking for. We would recommend this collar to anyone. It is high quality, and it looks awesome on our black GSP

This collar is perfect! Not only is it truly reflective but it is made of solid & sturdy material which is easily cleaned! Great product overall!

5 month old Brittany spaniel came to live with us on Thanksgiving. We live on 6 acres and let dogs run free. Have this same collar for our 11 year old Brittany. Couldn't wait to get one on new puppy.

My lab who is 4.5 and my corgi who is 6 now both have had these collars since they were young. That many years later we just had to order new ones! They last forever.. from in the pool, to duck hunting my lab has wore hers during all activities!

I’ve ordered several GDS collars, I love them, they’re perfect, reasonably priced, yet to see one “worn out”. Our current oldest still in use are 8 and 9 years old. The animal always passes on before the collar gives up. I also enjoy ordering from what I perceive as the small guy instead of “big box store” types. I enjoy supporting the “local” businesses.

I used to have to buy a new collar every year because the reflective material wore off. This collar should be good for many years. Wish I knew about them a long time ago.

Very durable, well constructed, easy to clean and like the reflective material. Hard to keep track of my black lab puppy in the dark! This definitely helps. She’ll have to grow into it, but looks like it’ll last a long time.

Amazing and beautiful collar that I am sure will last many many years to come. Love that I don’t have a jingling tag that could fall off. Sturdy and perfect for my Malinois. Love that it does not get wet as my dog loves to retrieve in the water.

I LOVE these collars from Gun Dog. Hands down best price around. The brass nameplate allows me to not hear those jingling tags constantly. I also run our Labrador in Fast CAT lure coursing where tags are not allowed. This collar gives me piece of mind that she is can be quickly identified. The material is great because it’s always dry and can be wiped clean easily. I have a very active dog that is constantly in water and mud. Can’t say enough about it. You won’t find a better price on anything similar. Also the shipping is SO FAST.

The GDS standard collar give me peace of mind beyond the brass nameplate and reflective color. I have two pups (2 yo) both pointers with the appropriate level of energy. I had been an adjustable clip collar guy until I found "the boys" wrapped up on the bed- yes we ARE that kind of dog family- with Milo's lower jaw in Winston's collar and wrapped tight. Milo is squeaking and Winston was silent as he was being strangled with the movement of Milo and the adjustable collar twisted. Both dogs are fine as we untangled them and took collars off. Thankfully we were there to find them and it had only been a minute. Both boys are fine and ready to go chase some Kansas birds. That was the last straw...the first was the replacement of the aforementioned collar after Winston met a local Tallgrass Prairie Farms resident resulting in pre-season use of the skunk kit. I found my need for a durable collar- single adjustment, non-slip, and smell resistant that I could put on the boys. I needed something I could put on them and know that they were safe both at home and in the field.

I bought two collars this one at one inch and the other leather at 3/4 of an inch. This one I think he needs to grow into it's just a little too big for him, width wize once I seen how the thinner collar was. But the reflector and quality is very good.

The collar appears very sturdy and handsome. It arrived in a timely manner, and I am pleased with the purchase.

This is the third (or fourth?) collar of this type that I've purchased from Gun Dog Supply. I chose it primarily for the secure ID tag and reflective strip. The high quality vinyl coating washes easily after my dog finds something stinky to roll in. To top it all off, it looks great. My dog gets so many unexpected compliments!

This dog collar is the best! The quality and durability is great! I live near a wildlife refuge which apparently is a convenient area for “dumping” unwanted pets. As a result, over the years I have rescued many dogs. I currently have six rescued dogs!! They are all inside dogs and part of our family! It was time to replace their current collars and I was in search of a good quality, reasonably priced collar. I found it at Gun Dog Supply!! This is my 2nd purchase for the reflective collar for our Weimeraner Hunter, he’s big & beautiful! I love the fact that it comes with all our information on the collar as one of my worst fears is to lose him.
